I started coming to OT on September 2020. I absolutely love this place, every coach, and front desk girls. Everyone is super nice and supportive. I could be having a really bad day and as soon as I walk through the door my mood changes.nCoach Katie’s classes are butt kicking, and the best part is that she’s going to push you through the whole workout. Same with coach Zach.nI would recommend orange theory to everyone who wants to make a better version of themselves, and the best part is that is all fitness levels friendly.
From the front desk staff, to the coaches, to the ownership, their commitment to their members and visitors is second to none. In what has been a difficult year for so many, the team at OTF Reno has gone above and beyond to make everyone feel safe and appreciated! All of this and how they support and coach you on your fitness journey is incredible. The workouts are as challenging as they are fun. I can’t recommend this team and Orangetheory enough!!
You will never feel more accomplished than when you walk out of an Orangetheory Fitness 45-60 minute sweat session. The vibe and positivity in the studio is contagious! The Coaches are inspiring, uplifting, and clear in their directions. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now and have ZERO regrets! #splatsforlife
