The most Organized and Cleanest gym in town! The people are great so that a plus!
I really like this place. The only thing I really didn't like was the amount of people not wearing masks while working out. Other than that, the employees are friendly, the machines are modern and connect with the TVs for audio via wired headsets. The place looks VERY clean and the prices are very reasonable.
Managers make it impossible to speak to anyone directly to address billing concerns. They overcharged me membership fees even though i requested a freeze on my account and now they claim to never have record of my email request even though i have submitted proof that erin has acknowledged my freeze request. Brian refuses to hear my concerns and says he will call me back but does not. I have to keep following up with hopes that someone will call me back. Disappointed at there lack of communication.
It's an upgrade from Planet Fitness for sure. Too crowded and no respect for weights. Definitely no American Iron.
