I’ve seen great results thanks to Sal and his program. A knee problem went away thanks to some good coaching and changes in my technique. Great location on the Truckee River and nice facilities.

Love everything about this gym!!!! Excellent facility, knowledgeable and encouraging coaches, & the members of the community support you through every workout. Everything about the the environment makes achieving your fitness goals not only possible but FUN!! The variety of workouts everyday keep it interesting and even running outdoors is not dreadful when it’s along the Truckee River. Highly recommend!

This gym is by far the best gym in Reno, possibly the world. The sense of community and family that is bread in this gym is unmatched and the coaching elevates everyone to a new level. Every aspect of my fitness has changed for the better in the months that I have been here and every day it feels like something else is improving. The coaches are super friendly and attentive and love to see you progress. It truly does feel like extended family. Thank you to all the coaches and to Sal for creating such an amazing place.

This gym and it's trainers are amazing! It is by far the best gym I have had the pleasure of being a member of. The trainers are super knowledgeable and focused on proper form. The trainers help show the proper way to build on the skills you have in order to achieve the goals you set inside the gym. The enthusiasm, cleanliness, punctuality and sincere interest they take with each person is hands down the absolute best!nnThe community that has been built at this gym is amazing. I have gone to several different class times and each member is uplifting and welcoming. This is truly a family. I am hooked!
