I’ve been to a few workouts here with Jeff and I’ve really enjoyed them! He’s great at making sure you don’t overload yourself with too much weight before you have the right technique down. The workouts were fun but I also leave feeling like I actually did something. The staff has always been friendly and the pricing is great for what you get!

Such an incredible gym! Plenty of spacing between equipment, and the atmosphere is unlike any gym I've been to! Definitely found my new, permanent gym!
This space is more than just your typical warehouse gym. Jeff and Jason truely care about every one of their members and a hello every day can really become something you remember!nnThey spend a lot of time investing back into the space, getting new equipment, and pulling in professionals to help any if their gym go-ers. Regardless of your level of familiarity or super saiyan lifting skills, there is something here for you. I really love that they make this an open space for newbies into the competitive world like myself and those of us who started purely for lifestyle change purposes.nnThey have a chiropractor and massage therapist on staff in the main office to help anyone with their needs. That is really going above and beyond a gym.nnI recommend this place ALL THE TIME!
