Kadampa Meditation Center New Mexico

Friendly/open. Mid day sits. Nice gift shop and seating area are just a nice quiet place to be and sip your own coffee, get a few minutes of quiet or conversation. Meditation hall is also open for sitting.

I have been going to the Kadampa Mediation Center for about 3 years. I started taking my 4 year old son to the kids meditation classes and it has done no less than transform our lives. We are truly grateful for the kindness of all the people we see there.

The Center is a great place to learn how to meditate. It is a peaceful refuge in a frantic world. A place to learn about finding peace and happiness in yourself. The people are always friendly, helpful and wonderful.

The best place to come and cultivate a peaceful mind..Great teachings from Buddha, beautiful calm environment and wonderful people. I Highly recommend spending some time here!

An amazing place to go to learn how to meditate. I felt welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The volunteers and teachers only wanted one thing, for me to leave more settled and at peace than when I came it. The shrine is simply amazing and beautiful.
