I purchased a 1999 Tahoe on 11-4-2020 and this is my experience.nI was in contact with John in sales about this vehicle and I had to travel from Michigan to purchase it.nThe only positive experience was that he picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealer.nHe did not give me the honest information about this vehicle.nFirst he stated that he (thought) it was an LT model .. it wasn`t it was an LS.nI asked him to look under it an look for oil leaks he said he did and he could not see any ....but the oil pan had oil all over the bottom of it. He said the A/C worked ..IT didn`t.nThe Windshield had a giant $199 down sticker on it and after the deal was completed they removed the sticker to reveal a foot long crack in the windshield.nThey said the vehicle would make it back to Michigan NO problem, after all it was the managers fishing vehicle???nOn the way home -in the evening- just before dark we found out the headlamps high and low beams were not working at all: we had to find a hotel and a repair facility for the next day, in the morning I started the engine only to find it spraying out antifreeze from the water pump also the alternator was very noisy ...THANK GOD for an honest repair facility to fix the issues... about $500 later we were back on the road but we could not go above 60mph due to a bad tire on the right rear and the headlamps had to be jumped with a jumper wire because the multifunction switch was burned out and needed replacement.nOh yea and the wheels had 4 wrong sized lug nuts on them so there would have been no way to change a tire if it blew out on the way home.nI was also told that the Title would be sent to me in approximately 2 weeks; 5 weeks went by and no title; I called and found out they did not send it yet. Office person said they would overnight it today.nSide note ; John said if I had a problem like the alternator went out on the way home there would be help for us (and there just happened to be an alternator that for the truck on the counter top by the office)hummm.nAll I have to say is if I don`t get the title I will get an attorney. and OH yeah LYING is FRAUD!

Whatever you do dont shop here.. i bought a lexus ,i was told any issues they would fix in the first month .i took the lexus 5 times never got it fixed ..when my month was over they refuse to help me ..the truck had the same issue ..made me spend money and time .. talk about a ri off ..if your gonna sell a car at a dealership make sure you stand by your Word..they did me so dirty ..whatever you do dont shop here ..
