I had a great experience. I saw the van on autotrader, called the store and set up a test drive. Carlos was friendly and fair. He took time to go through our questions and concerns and took good care of us. Over all I would recommend to a friend. Thanks again Carlos.

I WENT TO A FEW PLACES AND GOT SO FRUSTRATED BUT WHEN I WENT BACK TO HENRYS AUTO HE WELCOMED US IN TO SIT DOWN AND HANDED US BOTTLED WATER IT TOOK A LOAD OFF US. Personally I had a bad experience looking at a Toyota Tundra for sale . When I called there was a problem with communication. I wanted to know if the vehicle was local or bought at auction. Finally the gentleman agreed to local. So I drove to see the Truck. They had 2 separate pics on their web site and one said 2wd and one said 4wd thus confusion. I arrived to see a truck in bad condition. Driver side front tire was bald on the outside. Other tires were not in good shape. Interior was stained and missing trim pieces on the passenger side door and stained. The bed liner was dented from heavy items and loads. Exterior trim had wear and not in good shape. The gentleman came out and ask if I needed help. I asked where the 4wd truck was and he said 2wd. I said you have 2 seperate pics on you web site and one said 2 wd and one 4 wd so confusion there. My time driving there wasted. I would not recommend buying any car here without an inspection from a dealer or garage or a car fax report. This truck could be dangerous. Buyer beware ! I am 68 years old and my statement here is not for any other reason than to warn customers to do their homework and have someone look at the vehicle closely if you decide to purchase here. The price was within range and not inflated and they did have some shiny vehicles. No doubt this will not be posted.

Submitted an application yesterday night went in today and Carlos got me into the Hyundai I was looking at he was real good and saw that I had my son with me and offered him some coco was truly a great experience. The best part was the car being a stick shift and I haven't touched one in 15 years I explained that to Carlos and he was happy to assist me in remembering how to drive a stick I will definitely recommend to my friends.
