I definitely recommend High Sierra Auto Sales! I have bought 2 different vehicles from here and it was a great experience both times! Owner Todd and Manager Sandy are a pleasure to work with, they make the process stress free! Great pricing and excellent Customer service! I will definitely be returning again!

This place is very personable, great energy! Have bought a couple of cars and they are able to dial in on exactly what’s needed. The staff is polite and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car! Thank you Todd for everything.

I got lucky here the vehicle I bought was new on the lot. If I did not buy it when I saw and test drive it it would have not lasted on the lot. I've been buying new and used cars from the big box dealerships in Reno since the seventies. It was a joy and a relief to receive the service I did from manager Derek and my salesman Trais. What a team both very professional and friendly. The big box sales pressure is not here at this store. They left all decisions up to me what ever I wanted to do was up to me. Again no sales pressure at all. After the purchase I could not pick up the vehicle right away and it was no problem with this store. When I did return it was clean and they even added some gas to the tank. Something big box stores miss time after time. I highly recommend High Sierra Auto Sales their cars are clean and gone through. You won't be disappointed with the sales team either. This store ROCKS!

Great place to buy a car! They will work with you and they won't sell you anything you can't afford .great people great automobiles.

WATCH OUT!!! Most of the reviews that are more than one star are from this dealerships employees, or past employees. If you notice they change employees often, don't think they do good business so they cant keep good employees. They sell nice looking cheap cars. Price lower than some others, because you get what you pay for. Read some of the reviews and talk to prior customers. Odometer roll back and fraud, is a legitimate review, Cash paying customer not receiving a title is also true.nnPlease be safe Reno and watch out, we need to take care of our community and locals.nnThink this owner must be from out of state, its obvious he doesn't care about the community
