DON'T even bother reaching out for a car or truck. They don't call you back, they lose your credit report, and will try to screw you.nnRUN FAR.

I bought a mazda tribute from this place. Awesome store awesome environment really nice, helpful, and respectful salesman. The mazda is in excellent shape and runs perfect still to this day. I wouldn't go to another used car dealership. They go above and beyond.

*BUYER BEWARE* My spouse and I recently purchased two vehicles from this location, and will never again return. They overcharged both of us on taxes, only to be told this by the DMV. Although my spouse was given a refund after notifying CarZone of this overcharge, I was not. Apparently 'clerical' errors are common here. This dealership lied about various work done and condition of both the vehicles. I have had to put in over $2000 in work for things I was told were new or replaced, all within the first 3 months of purchase. My spouse had even further issues with his vehicle, and even found out about a replaced engine...AFTER purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Find a respectable, honest dealer - NOT CAR ZONE.

My husband purchased the car at night. In the morning light you could see the car had been in a front end accident. Within 48 hours the alternator went out. We returned the car and was told there was nothing they could do but might work on reimbursing us for the alternator. Within 4 days, not even a week later, the transmission wouldn't shift. I had my four young special needs boys in the car. I heard a loud pop, smelled smoke and burning, and the engine seized on Gallena Bridge. Carzone wouldnt pay for a tow. I called someone to come get the kids out of the 100 degree heat and waited for a tow.nSeveral hours later, the car is towed at our insurance's expense. I get asked enroute to the office what happened by customers and I tell them it blew. They asked how long I had it and I answered less than a week. The Manager proceeds to scream at me or talking to his customers that way. Here i am; a mom, a military veteran and a teacher, who has been through a harsh ordeal with a new vehicle twice in a week. I refuse to lie but yet he tells me he doesn't have to set things right, loan me a vehicle, and then tells me that I am financially responsible for the car they sold me. I am filing with Nevada Consumer Affairs but be warned, they were dishonest and wont stand behind their vehicles or show any courteousy to distraught customers!
