Best experience I've ever had buying a car. I recommend checking them out first if you're in the market for buying a car. The whole experience was smooth and easy. I was in and out in less than an hour. Literally everyone that works there was nice and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed or like I was being taken advantage of. Everything was at my speed and to my liking. Mike was awesome!

Busy place, but Richard Salazar worked hard to make us comfortable and find us the right car. We left a few hours later with a great car with low miles for a reasonable price. He moved us through the process kindly and smoothly. I will definitely buy from CarMax again.

We found the car we wanted in California and in 4 days it was here in Reno. They were very response, thorough and made sure we were happy. We had some issues with having the correct keys for the car. It has taken a while to get them but they have provided everything that we needed. They were timely and just a pleasure to work with.

Best experience ever in buying a car from beginning to end. No pressure at all, which is rare at any other car dealership. Francis the AMAZING sales guy worked with me for a few months, letting me test drive and question him until we found exactly what I wanted.nOnce I bought my 2011 Subaru Legacy, Andi in service was so accommodating with everything that I wanted them to address. Francis is really TOP NOTCH with his customer service skills!! I will never buy a car from anyone else. THANK YOU RENO CARMAX!!

Fair Price for my vehicle in about an hour. Excellent experience. Appointments do not mean much though. First appointment I was told it would be an hour an half before they got to me, I left. Second visit I went in when they opened. Was not busy and they processed me immediately.
