Came to Eagle valley motors of Carson city as a new buyer for my first off the lot car! Naturally I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I was so happy to find a car that suits me. Being a first time buyer from a professional business I wasn’t sure how things worked but a very well informed and kind sales person Ryan Haffey helped me 100% of the way he took me through everything in great detail and really did everything to assure that I was very informed and comfortable with everything before officially being sold I was very thankful to have this experience as my first one. They gave me all the information on the vehicle and assured and had papers to show its past work in shops and how they had just serviced it previously before putting it on the lot to be sold. They give such great amenities too for buying from them they have their own shop to service the cars that are bought from them at a very low price compared to most places so think about that sweet deal too!! Thank you so much Ryan Haffey for everything! I’ll be sure to send any friends looking for cars directly to you!
I recently viewed there online selection,, i ended up finding a car that I liked for a reasonable price so i gave them my info, a couple hours later I got a call from a gentleman named Cory who is there online guy, he helped me out and then the next day I went to find this car, i ended up meeting a car salesman named Mike Patrick. He's a nice guy and super laid back. He made my first time car buying experience seem pretty simple. He could tell I was nervous and on edge about financing my first car, but he made it better by creating small talk and actually trying to get to know me instead of just trying to make money. If you're looking for a great used car dealership and don't have any credit, this is the place to help get you in a ride and get your credit score up

Great place. Great communication, and easy going people. Ryan was very helpful, and straight forward. Glad I bought my car there.
Don’t go here but if you do make sure to check the paper work. Kevin (older man ) wrote that there was no visible damage on the car when I purchased it and told me in person that he was going to write all that in. There’s damage to the door , mirror, windshield not to mention the plethora of engine problems. They also said they will make sure the car was safe well, a car breaking down every 3 days is not safe and neither is the fact that there were no headlights. Every time you make an appointment get ready for a run around they never answer the phones or get messages. The “mechanic” can’t answer or fix engine problems he just cleans it off and says it’s good. Then Corey (younger man with glasses) doesn’t work on cars or knows anything about them so don’t trust what he says he’s the guy who makes the website look good and that’s all. Also the owner even if you tell him what’s wrong he will not own up to it and they all don’t file their papers right there are tons of papers of mine missing. If you walk into this place watch out even walking in you will realize they don’t know what they are doing nor are they organized.I’m looking to sue them so if you are too contact me.also
