Dolan Lexus

Jacki has been my personal Service Manager at Dolan Lexus for years. She is friendly, thorough and experienced with all matters regarding my car. I never have to wonder when my car will be ready since she always keeps me informed by text, and phone. As a matter of fact, I trusted her so much that I asked her who she would recommend as a Salesperson for a new car purchase. I had a great experience and bought a new vehicle that same week. She also introduced me to her Manager, Carlos, who also went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with service for my new vehicle. I will be a loyal Lexus customer as the Dolan service team is a large part of my decision making for vehicles.

Absolutely love Kay—she keeps me coming back for a LexusnnThis is an update. We have purchased 3 Lexus cars and while I love the car, it's the service that keeps us coming back. We love Kay and now we love Dane too. He gave us the bad news our car needed major repairs. We needed to get to our sons wedding out of town. His kindness and empathy were apparent with his bad news, and he helped arrange for us to get to the wedding. Kay has always been receptive to our needs and very prompt and easy to communicate with. They are always the best of service! I enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee upstairs. They always give me a courtesy loaner vehicle so that I can still enjoy my day to grab lunch or run some errands while receiving my service. Everyone is polite and professional. Best of all, I always drive back to my hometown in Reno, Nevada because they do not compare to Oakland Coliseum of Lexus from where I’m currently residing. Rob was friendly and awesome! He went above and beyond to make this experience stress free and easy. We wanted a specific color and they did not have it their inventory. Rob took all our specs and he was able to find us the car we wanted and more. He is very thorough and is making sure we are satisfied with our new car. I will be purchasing here again.
