Reno Tahoe Auto Group made buying a car such a fun a easy experience. The sales team was super friendly and not pushy at all. Skeeter Cortinas was extremely easy going and had great product knowledge. It was clear that he had really done his research on all of the cars in the lot. He also took the time to sit down and go through all of the various tech features on my vehicle with me, so I knew exactly what I was doing in terms of operating my vehicle. Luis was also great and worked out an awesome deal on the price and financing of the vehicle for me, and Jamie in finance got me a good deal on the warranty for my vehicle. I truly believe I got the most bang for my buck. All in all I would rate my experience a 10/10. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a new vehicle. I came to get the Mazda Speed 3 they had here and was really excited to complete the process and take it home but unfortunately something came up and I couldn’t go through with it. For the most part it was really quick and easy. A select number of staff were polite and helpful especially Michael, I would highly recommend asking for him because I had a good experience(even though I didn’t get it) thanks to him. I rated only 3 due to the manager being a bit rude before and after I mentioned I couldn’t get the car. Long story short they provide a smooth process here but the staff you interact with can make or break the experience.
