While it is reasonably fast paced, sometimes the lines can get very long putting you onto the main street and recently they blocked that off so it really limits the amount of cars that can wait in line. The staff are always very nice and friendly and will move with the car if possible to reduce the line size. I recommend it whenever it's not extremely busy.
If you can’t fit more than 10 cars in your drive through and can’t let people wait on Virginia, the walk up window needs to be open until 11 as well. You basically have to luck out with timing to get a spot in line. This is literally the shortest lane I’ve seen at a Dutch bros in the whole country. How are you going to accommodate customers? The other south Virginia location is just down the street. I recommend going there instead.
Hands down this company is the best. I hope they are continuing to grow and expand because I prefer Dutch OVER Starbucks. I travel often and never have I experienced the level of customer service that I get at THIS location! Y’all ROCK!
Please explain me this, how do you expect me to give you business when you have ugly signs saying no stacking beyond this point. This place is always packed! Develop a better system for this! I love the drinks but man... getting here is an absolute disaster..
