U.S. Bank ATM - Mae Anne Avenue - Safeway

Super convenient location and hours of operation. Awesome 24/7

I went to this location to pull out 320 dollars, and the ATM told me it was dispensing my money, after a while of it doing nothing, it told me the transaction wasnt able to be completed and to call my financial institution. I knew I had the funds because I had just checked my account, so I went to a different ATM to try and pull out money. That's when I found out I was charged the $320 dollars, but hadn't received it. I went back to Safeway to confront the US bank there, but it wasn't open. In the meantime, I waited nearby the ATM to warn people that it was charging people without giving them their money(I dont know how many people used the ATM before I did) When US Bank did open inside the Safeway, I told them that they needed to put a sign on the ATM to prevent people from using it, because it was charging people without paying them, and they pretty much blew me off without doing anything about it. I had to file a claim, and now I have to wait anywhere from 10-45 days to receive my money. THANKS A LOT
