Tim has provided my husband and I great business advice over the past 2 years. After my Father passed, I needed advice on estate planning, taxes and general retirement planning. Tim Nelson was excellent in answering all my questions, breaking down his advice in simple to understand language. He has a great humor too which helped during an emotional time. At tax filing time they sent documents to help me pull together everything needed to file my Dad's taxes, estate tax and our personal tax. When I have questions for them, they are quick to answer and I do not need to always setup an appointment unless I choose to spend an hour talking through my topics. Etta is your first contact on the phone or in person and she's fantastic. We feel like Evens Nelson & Co is a great company to work with for our tax needs.

I used Evans Nelson & Company CPAs this year to prepare my taxes and was very pleased with the services. Tim Nelson and his team are very professional and helpful. They explained what was going on throughout the process and found deductions that I never even knew about. These guys are terrible. I spoke with one over a year and a half ago and only recently received an invoice. It had zero detail but threatened to send me to collections if it wasn’t paid immediately. It’s a horrible way to conduct business and especially for a “professional.” I would recommend looking elsewhere for even decent service.
