Rob Treinen is the best attorney in Albuquerque and very knowledgeable. Mr. Treinen and his wonderful staff Nicole and Mercedes went above and beyond to help me, when nobody else was willing to do so. Mr Treinen and his staff were kind, compassionate and understanding of my situation and really fought for me and won my case. Rob Treinen and his staff made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed every step of the way. If I will ever need an attorney again I will contact Treinen Law Firm right away. Watch out with this guy. Agreed to take my case, said we needed an “expert” witness to come to my house and assess the damages/claim. Had me wire the guy $1000, the “expert” showed up, spent 5 minutes walking around and left. Didn’t here from Rob for a few weeks then he emailed me saying he was dropping us as a client due to “COVID”. So now I’m out a grand and learned a life lesson.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about attorney Rob Treinen and his staff. Our family was in a terrible lawsuit that had been affecting our livelihood for years. As a mom of five children, my biggest concern is them and their needs. Rob and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate us through this difficult and emotional time. He always made sure I had a room to nurse my youngest in, let us bring our kids to multiple meetings or met us at our home for our convenience. He heard our concerns about going to court and was able to settle the lawsuit in our favor. I can’t thank Rob enough for all that he did for our family. Great attorney who really knows his stuff. At our initial meeting, he estimated how much my case was worth and we ultimately settled for an amount that was on the higher end of what he had originally estimated. His staff, Mercedes and Nicole, were nothing but courteous and professional each time that I communicated with them. Although I encouraged Rob to lead the way and do what he thought was best, he still checked in with me and would thoroughly explain things and answer my questions before making any moves or agreeing to anything. I would not hesitate to recommend Treinen Law Office to anyone needing an attorney for the areas of law that they practice.
