Hands down the BEST LAW FIRM IN Albuquerque! I suffered an accident back in 2019. I was afraid that the insurance company would try and rake over the coals. Rios Law Firm came straight to my aid. As a teacher, I always assumed that law firms charge astronomical fees for cases. NOT THE CASE! They took my case for a modest fee, kept me updated on the case every moment, delivered world class service with a smile, and settled my case in an efficient and professional manner. At Rios Law Firm, they made me feel that I was not only a client but a priority. Good value, great service for EVERYONE!

Came to my aid immediately. I didn't know what to do due to other party not being cooperative or wanting to take responsibility. Was attentive, caring, and had my best interest in mind. Took over everything and relieved me of stress. Absolutely awesome and satisfied with the end resolution.

I got into a bad accident a while ago on the Interstate 25 going southbound towards Bernalillo. Got hit by a tow truck that caused a 6 car collision. Got referred to Rios by her relative at a dispensary. Went to show my case and she decided to represent me. I was living on the reservation and had no transportation to go to her office and my doctors appointments. She made me feel rushed in my recovery process and didn't really make an effort to communicate often about my case and legal advice. She later decided to drop my case without further explanation and handed me my files leaving me stuck without representation. It was an easy case! The driver was obviously at fault with many witnesses but she didn't want to help me. Would not go to her if you're lower middle class idk she has shady practices. maybe she didn't feel like I was worth her time.

Their professionalism, talent, success rate, past client referrals and compassion made hiring them one of the best decisions I've made.
