This place is always clean and I just love the staff there ! The staff always greet you with a smile and are genuinely nice. All the equipment is in great condition. I love the rotation station in the back. Best part is the price for everything you get !

Good gym with multiple use stations. They are taking their precautions seriously. They ask that their members clean the equipment that they use (high touch areas not the entire machine) before and after use. They also are proactively cleaning the equipment .they have HIit circuit to use.

The gym itself is nice, but cancelling a membership is a headache. I called months ago to cancel and was told the manager would be able to cancel my membership over the phone. However, the rep then proceeded to say the manager was there but seemed in a bad mood? So the rep suspended my account rather than cancel. Now it has billed me again so I called back to complete the cancellation regardless of the manager’s mood, but this time was told the only way to cancel would be to send a letter or go in to the location. It’s been over a year and a half since my last visit to the gym and I no longer live nearby, but will either have to drive 40 mins to cancel in person or send a letter and wait an indeterminate amount of time for them to call and confirm cancellation. It’s 2021 and Planet Fitness doesn’t have a way to email a DocuSign link to receive a signature for cancellation authorization? How is there no need to be present in order to sign up for service but to cancel one has to be physically in a location to sign?

Clean, friendly place! This is my home gym even if there is one closer to me. hahannBig shout out to Ben & Jacques they are super friendly and like getting to know you! Keep up the great work I’m 100% satisfied customer.
