I've been going to Defined off and on since the late 80's. I know alot of the members and it feels like home to me. The manager Ian and his staff are very professional. Topnotch! I went today and swam and I feel better. I plan to go to Defined for years to come!
Gabby is the best employee! Always positive and helpful! I love coming here!
The jerks told me my account was on hold and then sent my account to collections. The front desk staff are rude. Especially Gabby. She is the worst she gave attitude and was not helpful. She should be a trash collector. That would suit her attitude
