Location was just what we needed so we called ahead to see if we could reserve a spot for a night. The woman who answered said they don't allow reservations ahead of time, but that there was plenty of availability. We told her we probably wouldn't be getting there until 9 pm, and she assured us there would be no problem. When we pulled in, though, there was a sign on the window that said 'no vacancy' and the office was clearly closed with no after-hours number to call. I didn't give the place 1 star because we didn't actually stay, so I don't know how it is; but it seemed really weird for the front desk to indicate that late check-in was possible when it clearly isn't (and that a mostly empty RV park would suddenly fill up in one day with lots of RVs that look semi-permanant...).

I don't have any idea what this place should be like. I do know I wouldn't stay there if you paid me. I have friends staying there, and they were treated horribly. Not by management, but by tenant's there.nI can't in good conscience recommend this place to anybody! I was truly afraid of being injured, or crippled, or killed there! At one time it was really a nice place, but time has taken its toll on this place.nAlbuquerque Police Department can give you a rundown on them also.nJust keep your head on a swivel while you're there. I call em like I see them.

Clean rv park. Didn't stay there but it looks ok.

Could be a little friendlier but the location was good for my purpose. Wish they were open on the weekends.
