Plenty of room to maneuver our big rig with attached SUV. 78 foot by 30 foot sites.nnIt's a parking lot with full hookups. Sites are not level - we used blocks and our jacks.nnLandscape is barren - no vegetation and flat so if it's windy, it's really windy!nnNo frills but it was a welcome rest stop for the night.nnThere are no facilities at the RV park.nnThe lot is accessed through a security gate within the Phillip's 66 parking lot. Check in at the Phillip's 66.nnYou can purchase food and essentials at the gas station and the attached Subway restaurant.

This is a great overnight stop right off I40. Make a reservation then when you get there check in at the Phillips 66 station. Full hookups. Worked for a summer camp spot since we have pets and need cool for them. Winter we boondock. Easy on - easy off.

Weird employees that act as though they wish you didn't exist. Posted hours for the Subway are false. They shortened opening times by 1 hour on each end. The sandwiches they did have were breadwiches with very little meat and cheese and were dry as a bone. No mayo or mustard or napkin. The RV park where we had cancelled a 2 day reservation about 2 weeks earlier was a sad sight. We are soooo happy we cancelled.
