Happy Trails Rv Campground

Good place to stop for the night. Easy access to freeway without the noise. No backing up your rig! Clean park, no frills but you can't beat the price. Facilities are being remodeled (2021) so didn't see them. There's a couple places to eat within walking distance.

Overall, this is a quiet park. The staff is very nice.nWe liked having a fenced in area for our dog to run.nWhat we didn’t like was the limited facilities. Laundry was out of order, we went 1-1.5 weeks with no water during the day. They were changing out water lines and such and cut it off constantly. Which we understand, but we would have liked to at least gotten a text/call/knock at the door, letting us know when the water would be off and back on. Not knowing when the water was going to be off, we had to make sure our tanks were full at all times so we had water for showers, dishes, cooking, etc.nThe guy that lives in the tent would bring your packages from usps to your camper and their little dogs would follow him.nTheir dog aggressively barked and bit at my dog and almost started a fight.

Great people! One of the quieter parks we've been to but very tight quarters. We would consider staying longer if the sites were not so close together.

Lady at the front.... Debbie I think, was sooooo nice and helpful. We came in late and she still helped.

The showers and the toilet are currently out of action (feb 1st 2021)... There is only a porter potty due to sewage pipe issues. I recommend calling ahead to check on the situation prior to booking.nnWe therefore didn’t end up staying.
