San Jon Village Park

I stopped to walk the dog,use the restroom and, put gas in the car. Even though the restroom is closed for the winter, they have a porty potty. The park is pretty nice,a decent play area and picnic table areas. Even the locals use the dumpster. I'm probably going to stop there again-it made the drive home seem more pleasant.

This was a blessing in disguise. I absolutely appreciate the county or city for offering the use of this park for travelers to pull in and rest.

Nice place to pull in and spend the night. Pretty quiet and felt safe. Restrooms were closed for the winter, but we are self contained. Thank you San Jon for providing this space.

Stopped here for a night in late October after winter storm Billy. Was a welcome respite! Lots of grass and covered picnic areas. Bathrooms were closed for the winter. Between i40 & Route 66. Free little library on site for the readers. Thank you Village of San Jon for offering this free stay!

Amazing stay! Well kept. Bathrooms are closed for winter but the porta potty was well maintained and much appreciated! I hope our friend found his lost bunny. (Sites are large enough for RV's, campers, tents, you name it)
