There was an original posting that only gave one star. I did not do that. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The front desk staff was extremely kind and pleasant. I am a truck driver and we'll stay there again if I had the opportunity.

We needed accommodations for 3 adults. The room rate was fair for a Sunday night at $125. We wound up having to stay over another night because of a snow storm. We were only charged $85 for Monday night.nThe very spacious room offered 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Greatly appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room, also.nWe were served a full breakfast and the coffee was available 24 hours.nBecause of the bad weather, the front desk clerks were the only staff on duty both days.nWhat a excellent attitude and very accommodating service the overworked ladies offered the guest.nWe were made to feel right at home in grand style. Will look forward to staying at this hotel in the future !!!!

I stay here when I travel thru regularly, as it's usually great. This time. Nice rooms and staff. However the manager now limits you to only 1 biscuit and 1 juice. For the price of the room, this is a joke. As you get more from a 1 star hotel.

If your a Veteran with a service dog they will turn you away. I was told they had plenty of rooms but none available because of my LICENSED WITH PROOF service dog. Completely illegal . I have stayed at Comfort Inn’s all across the U.S. with my service dog and my dog is registered in their system as I have a customer rewards card with Comfort Inn. Americans with Disabilities Act says you cannot turn away people with service dogs. Shameful and illegal.

We were headed to WV, coming from California from working the Covid pandemic. We were told we could not get a room at 2 am because we had to be there by 9 pm if we wanted a room. We were absolutely exhausted. Unreal. They put our safety at risk. I would never stay there or with this company again. Sad thing is we preferred them over any hotel! They just lost a valued customer.
