$20 is the perfect price for this park. It accommodates overnight needs - We had a nicely large pull-thru on a dusty gravel site with 50 amps/full hook-ups. Dogs contained in their RVs in the park barked at Husband the entire time we were setting up, but I was grateful they would certainly alert us if any ne'er-do-wells were to come around in the night. Traffic is LOUD - louder than our white-noise makers. Still, it was easy in and easy out so the pros outweighed the cons. We're likely to stay here again if passing through the area.
I only needed a 1-night stopover and called the morning I wanted to stay, I was assigned a space, and given directions to the site and the options to pay. There’s a drop box for cash in the park, or you can pay with a credit card at the Billy the Kid Museum during their open hours, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. I arrived before the museum closed, so I walked the block from the RV Park to the museum to check in and pay. Very friendly and efficient service - $20 per night for full hookups in a clean no-frills park. There are only a few trees, no restroom or shower facilities, no camp store, etc. But a clean park at a good price! Just looking around as I was checking in made me interested in touring the Museum in the morning. I would stay here again.
Great little spot. Stopped here just for a quick overnight. I called yesterday to find out about a spot. A man called me this morning- Gave me instruction. Things were just as he said they would be. Nothing fancy.nWiFi and full hookup for $20 a night! Can’t beat it. Gravel spots. Ours is very level.
Stayed Oct. 25-27. 2020. No bathrooms and no showers but for only $20 a night what you do get is a level site, Wi-Fi, garbage, sewer, water and 30 & 50 amp power. Great RV Park deal! Real nice folks who run it and the Billy the Kid museum is fun. Stop by.
Perfect over night. Flat, level, gravel spots. Just as expected. Full hook ups for $20 during October 2020. Usually the office is in the Billy the Kid Museum but it’s 2020.
