Drive through operates well during pandemic

A new person was being trained on the register and I understand that that will add a length of time to ordering and also picking up your order how her it seemed like that person was being expected to do everything short of come out and wash your car for you and because of the fact that she was not familiar with either the food items or the drink items or the register it made for a very negative experience and it was not her fault it was definitely the fault of the others who were working around her who were basically handing her food to hand out to the cars Etc at just was not a good experience if I was a manager at the store I would definitely go ahead and review exactly what's being expected of my line staff

Okay got in late at night made him mobile order they did not have the five apple turnovers that I requested but they replaced it with fresh out of the oven cookies and plenty of them five stars instantly Good coffee good food
