Check in was easy. Very nice staff. Room was awesome. Disappointed pool closed, but rules are rules, it's all good.. Great location. They offer both grab and go, and hot breakfast. Totally happy with that. Thanks.
Very happy with the cleanliness of the room and even the hallways and elevators looked clean and smelled clean. Friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast in the morning. My room was clean and my stay was pleasant, no problems.
Friendly staff, hot breakfast, and satisfactory room with one big exception: To change the channel, you must hold the remote directly under the TV. The DirectTV box is mounted behind the TV! They designed it this way. You have to walk up to the TV to control it -- just like 50 years ago
4APR21nThe room was nice but the smoke detector started chirping at 6am. The shower curtain in the room was mildew-y. Also, the lady in charge of handing breakfast out in the morning was very unpleasant. She was very short and not friendly at all. When we asked if she could tell us what cereal is available she said “listen up because I’m only going to say this once..” like it was a chore for her to help the guests. I understand having a rough day, but don’t take it out on the customers. Yikes
I was quite a mess when I checked in. I dropped my iced coffee on the floor. The clerk was so nice, understandingnMy room was adequate.nMy husband enjoy ed the view of the truck lute up at nightnBreakfast was excellent so many choices. The last holiday inn they handed you a bagnI will stay againnI'm so sorry my husband's fork broke and scattered eggs on the floor I did what I could to clean it up.nLoved my stay,
