Zack is very good at what he does. He has helped me 2 different times and has been compassionate, accurate about my needs and a sweet person to work with. When I realized I needed a storage unit in the middle of September, Zach was extremely helpful. I was able to come by after work to do all of the paperwork and set up and found myself on the receiving end of a very helpful, very thorough, and much appreciated rundown of how things worked, the site rules, access info, and payment due dates. I also got to have some input on which unit I would prefer which I thought was very nice. I was very pleased with the set up process, I felt well informed, and despite missing a payment recently (oops) I have not been harassed - just a simple, much appreciated, reminder email. All in all, I'm happy with the choice to use this storage option.
This location is well maintained and staffed well. Zach is always so helpful when I visit this location.
