great ambiance & decor. there was quick, helpful, and friendly service. it has an awesome atmosphere. feels like a place in los angeles i loved.
Friendly staff and great service in mountain village!
Don't know what happened but not great coffee or service....used to be great and better than most Starbucks... especially on service with the consistency expected. Laura was awesome but have not seen her lately and wish she was still my barista.
Be warned this Starbucks does not participate in the rewards program or most offers made by official Starbucks. You can earn rewards but you cannot spend the rewards here. I assumed the whole point of Starbucks was selling a consistent product and experience but this store does not participate. Might as well spend your money at a local coffee shop.
