Nice small gym to get a quick workout. Restrooms have clean showers readily available. Dumbbells go up to 100 lbs, plenty of weight plates and different benches to choose from. Cardio room has a variety of equipment!
Attentive therapists, that are very knowledgeable in their field, help to get you through some tough recovery. Worked with several therapists over several weeks after a pretty extensive surgery. It was painful, and daunting, but they knew just how and how much to push my body to get me back on my feet. Schaal's works with you to set and meet goals that will maximize your effort and set you up for success after an injury. I would recommend the facility and staff to anyone needing physical or occupational therapy.
From the time I walked in the door to the time I left every second of it was very pleasing. The staff showed lots of hospitality and were super kind. I would definitely recommend this gym to anybody that's in town or passing through.
Love this place and the people! I always feel taken care of by Jenny and her staff. I've been for physical therapy as well & everyone was phenomenal! Highly recommend.
