Finding breakfast on a Monday morning in Ouray can be tricky in October. It's the off-season and most of the places in the center of town are closed in the mornings. That's how I stumbled upon this little gem of a diner. Do yourself a favor and stop by for the Bombie's Huevos Rancheros. It's delicious and also comes with an awesome story about John Wayne from when the original True Grit was filmed in town.nnBottom line this is one of the best places for a quick, simple, and delicious breakfast anywhere in Ouray ud83dudc4d
Excellent breakfast, we ate there last weekend and cannot complain. Friendlystaff, good prices, and quick service. We were at the campground so it was also extremely convenient. No dine in available, but we just walked back to our campsite. Hashbrowns are some of the best I have had in years.
Recommended by a lovely young lady in Ouray. A tiny enchanting place that packs a lot of love and flavor into its food. The prime rib was melt in your mouth amazing.
Five star food at a great price! The Ribeye , Salmon and Prime Rib were delicious. I can't wait to go back!
We’re staying at the campground and came here for dinner for the convenience and it was delicious! Exceeded my expectations! Service and food were both great!
