I had very high expectations due to the Google reviews. The Brussel sprouts were great. Ordered the steak it was over cooked but still very tasty. They took care of us and followed up with a dessert. Butterscotch all the way. The bonus to the entire visit was they had my favorite champagne. I wanted to go back during our visit and try the Elk pasta dish. Maybe next time. Definitely worth a visit.

Great place! We went today while temps were nice (around 50 degrees) with our pup. They sat us on the heated patio and we were very comfortable. Service was great, food was awesome. Nice view also!

This place is a real gem. The service was excellent and everything that we ordered was delicious. We ordered the braised short ribs and hanger steak for dinner and had carrot cake for dessert. I would certainly recommend that you give Brickhouse 737 a try!

Really enjoyed our dinner and overall visit. We certainly will be back. Love the photos and history of the Brickhouse too. Great staff and awesome food. See you again soon.

This was our first time in Ouray and my partner happened to pick the Brickhouse for our first dinner in town. It is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at in my life. We went back again our last night it was so good.nnEverything they make is an amazing adventure in flavor! I got the squash both times because it was just that delicious! We got the Brussel sprouts and Portuguese sausage the first night and the peppers the second night for appetizers and the sauces on them were outstanding! Whoever creates these sauces is a culinary alchemist! The staff were top notch as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
