Great place to stay, plenty of access to countless trails in the Alpine Loop. Built on the site of the Historic Mining Town of Eureka, so keep your eyes on the ground. You never know what you will find! The campground managers are super friendly, and keep the facilities very clean. There are several vault toilets around the campground, meaning you won't have to walk far to use the bathroom. These are the cleanest vault toilets I have ever used! The campground is strict in it's policies regarding quiet hours, which creates a nice relaxing environment to sleep! The views 360 degrees around the campground are breathtaking. Can't wait to come back again! Thanks for having us!
Awesome camp ground. Great location. Close enough to town and the trails and far enough away to have some privacy and get the feel for the mountains! I will be back for sure if I am in the area. I wouod recommend again to friends and family. Thank you
Cute store! Friendly staff, great stop to buy a cool drink, ice cream, or snack! Campground is peaceful with amazing scenery!
This place is fantastic! It is family owned and the owners know a lot about the area. They have all your basics: bug spray, jerky, chips, water, some toiletries, maps. Great place to stop and check our before you go off-road.
