Big O Tires

I have literally spent thousands on tires and repairs here over the years, back to the days when Lee worked the counter. They always took good care of me up to a few years ago. The service consistently diminished in recent years and eventually I started buying my tires elsewhere. Oil changes and rotations became more and more difficult and the new guys made little effort to squeeze a guy in for something as simple as a rotation and started asking that the vehicle be left for the entire day!nnMost recently I had a situation with a vehicle that slid off and hit the curb and popped the beads on both driver side tires. With the vehicle parked on the road and both tires removed, I ran by to see about a quick fix since that’s where the vehicle owner had purchased the tires. Well, big o said they needed me to leave tires and could probably have it done in a couple of hours. I explained that the car was sitting on a jack on the road and asked if there was any way to expedite it. He again repeated that it would be at least a couple of hours. I declined and went to Discount and explained my situation. They were very busy, but said they’d have it done ASAP. I timed them and the tires were back in my truck in 6 minutes flat and at no charge! What a difference a little effort means. Thanks Discount and adios Big O. Start training your guys on some customer service skills.

These guys are great! Lee and Gizmo do it right each and every time. From all seasons for my Yukon XL to performance tires for my GT500 to after market wheels and snow tires for our Tesla Model Y Performance. Each time the price is fair and the results are fantastic.

These guys are great. They took good care of me and my old Trailblazer with over 200,000 miles on it. I knew it needed front end work and that had caused bad tire wear as well. Big O in Broomfield made it drive like new - promptly, pleasantly and also priced fairly! I am also very pleased with the tires they sold me, They ride quiet and smooth and yet have great traction in the snow and ice. I will certainly trust this crew in the future with my tire and mechanical needs.

This is the most honest and best quality Big O Tires in the Northwest area of Denver metro. I am a home health care worker and drive around 30K miles per year. I have visited them when needing service (which is frequently) and they always provide outstanding and very professional work. I would drive the extra miles from where you live to make it to this particular shop they are that great!
