I had a car battery replaced Thursday. On Friday, I stopped at a business and found my car was dead. No lights. No electric door locks. I saw the negative cable on the battery was off. I put it back on and tried to tighten it down with no luck. I went to AutoZone 6298 and they were so helpful. They grabbed a socket wrench and tried to tighten it but found that it couldn't be tightened more. They told me about a batter shim ($3). I bought it and they insisted on installing it. I was there for all of 8 minutes. Problem solved. GREAT service and help!
My boyfriend and I just had a great experience. Big shout out to Paul! We had just left another auto shop that was going to charge us $80 for replacing a bulb in the headlights. We bought the bulb here for $7 and Paul insisted on installing it (thank you!) and we were in and out in less than ten minutes. Great experience and service. Thank you !!
Kid totally sneakily tried to sell me a battery “installation kit” by just putting it on the battery post when he brought it to me. It was like $4 so I don’t care. He was super helpful by taking it out to my car for me.
I had an excellent experience with this autozone. I bought a battery at a neighboring autozone and they told me they were not allowed to install due to some corrosion. I called this location, and they told me to bring it in and installed the new battery no problem. Great service. Paul was very helpful and kind!
Paul helped me change a bulb that a shop was trying to charge 80 dollars, took Paul five minutes, offered to do it for free. Stand up guy, not many people left like him, should be promoted or own that store. Thank you so much
