Awesome view point. A great place to see seals and sometimes dolphins. Park at the Bluffs Trailhead and hike through the preserve and Bluffs Trail. It’s less than a 10min walk. You cross the railroad tracks about 3/4 of the way there.
Lovely trail with lots to see.
