Ready and serve
They have great food as always, but as a delivery driver I would give them a 3 because they are more often late than they are on time. I like the staff just behind often.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and the last 2 visits have been completely horrible!!! What has happened? Don't your people care anymore? 2 visits ago the pizza dough was raw in the middle. This visit, it only had 2 of the toppings I ordered, the dough was still not cooked all the way, and it was cold. I picked up at the time it said for the pizza portal. I suppose I should have checked but in 10 years I've never had a problem. I'm beyond disappointed. One star because it was in the portal when I got there.
This evening I ordered from the app. My order was not ready according to the estimated time. I took roughly 1 hour and 15 min. My order was made incorrectly. This was the second time they added an ingredient that I did not request and I am severely allergic. I tried to call to notify them, no body answered and the fax kept coming on. I am disappointed. I have been going to this location for over 20 years and never had these issues before.
