Madewell in Natick is awesome. The staff is super helpful but not overbearing. They are often swamped on the weekends, but they try really hard to make the shopper’s experience pleasurable.

Very rude and unhelpful sales associates. Was ready to buy a nice purse for 160 and got absolutely no help from these reps. Will never shop here again, and I advise you not to also. Worst experience ever

I was treated the most terrible way in this store by the manager . Younknow why? Because I’m a tourist and not a US resident. He hates everyone who wasn’tn“made in the USA”. Very disgusting and unprofessional behavior.
