Our fourth grade son loves going to school every day at Davis Community School. He is always happy to go and to be part of an intimate, nurturing and engaged learning environment. He's become increasingly confident in his ability to pursue his own curiosity and dive deeply into his learning, then share his new knowledge with his classmates and teacher(s). The encouragement he feels to develop his unique interests as well as his independence as a learner has allowed him to grow in all ways, academically as well as personally. As a family, we appreciate how responsive the teachers and administrators are to parent and student ideas and concerns, and how well they communicate about our child's experience. Davis Community School is a very creative, caring and safe community in which children thrive.

My son has done summer camps and taken art lessons at the Davis Studios for the past 3 years and we love it. It’s a pretty magical place! Highly recommended.

Amazing fresh food, you can tell a chef runs this cafe! In the crowded world of brunch options this is one of the best. Delicious roasted vegetable hash, corn fritters, herb biscuits, yummy sausage and eggs, beautiful fresh fruit plate, it's all so good. And there's a dessert trolley...I could go on and on. Plus they have plenty of parking and really nice staff. Not to be missed.

This place is absolutely fantastic! I came here for Sunday brunch with a group of 6 and they were able to accommodate us with ease (though we did call ahead).nnThe place is small but beautifully decorated with local art and a vintage / antique feel. It's almost like dining in someone's living room - quaint and lovely.nnThe food is delicious! I had the Frida & Diego and those corn fritters are truly exceptional. My friends already had something different on the menu and we all ate until we could barely stand. Outstanding food with good portion sizes for the price.nnHighly recommend!

The Starving Artist Cafe is the type of place locals tell their visiting friends to get Breakfast. It's delicious food made by the friendliest folks in a sunny and enjoyable atmosphere.
