I stopped at this store on 9/27 just to look around. I ended up buying an entire new snowboard outfit and all the accessories.nReally the reason I wanted to review the store is not only am I so excited about my new stuff but the entire experience was really great. Rachael B. took such good care of me, even with her broken hand. I felt confident and educated on everything I bought and although I didn’t pull the trigger on new boots, she had me try a couple on and helped me find the exact ones I’ll be asking for Christmas. This sport is a big investment but it feels so much better making it when you have such great help.
Best customer service from any retail store I’ve had in a very long time...it was that noticeable! Rachael helped me exchange a jacket I had purchased at the Summer Sale for a smaller size. I didn’t have a receipt, but the exchange was very fluid. They didn’t have the size in stock at the store but I’ll receive it at home in just 2 days from date of the transaction. Will shop here again for sure!

Great Customer service! I had called in with some pretty specific questions about a Burton snowboard for the upcoming season and the Manager was more than happy to answer all of my questions and even describe other products that I was not familiar with.
