Burton Burlington Headquarters Flagship Store

Worked with Bob today to fix a problem that happened when I tried to order product online from Burton's website. HE WAS GREAT!!! The problem was fixed with one phone call and he treated me like a valued customer. I'm almost 2,000 miles away and he didn't owe me any favors, but I'm so grateful he took the time to walk me through the purchase of my product and the cancellation of my website purchase.

Really nice staff that put new ratchet straps on my son's board for no charge. Super unexpected. Really appreciated.
