Okay, I love hanging out here. Its a short hike around the pond and if you go across the way there is the North South trail. You could technically spend all day hiking around Arcadia.nnPersonally I just love being able to sit in the shade and read a book either at a table or on my blanket. Lately when I have been going there is always a breeze so it is not to hot either.
Plenty of space for families and individuals to enjoy their own nature experience, even in these crazy times. There's an outdoor restroom but a faucet would be nice. Pack ahead for a day in the beautiful outdoors and you'll fall in love like we did!
This is a midway stop on the larger North South hiking trail running on the Western edge of RI. Beautiful hiking trails through wooded, scenic areas and farm lands. There is some history here and I look forward to learning more.
This is one of my favorite places its normally quiet and tranquil especially on weekdays. My dogs enjoy it and look forward to taking a dip in the pond when ever they get a chance.
Great place, been going to this spot since I was 10 years old. I am 70.
