Family Dollar

This has become my “go to” convenience store over the past year. My number one reason for really liking it is because the manager and staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. Good customer service is tough to come by and I really appreciate it!

very friendly, willing to help in any way, clean, isle organized.....one of the better ones, not so bunched together,isle easy to get up and down!!!

I come to this store every single day and there are NEVER any carriages in the store. They are taken out of the store and walked to the person's home up the road. The manager Steve is aware of this. The carriages need a bar so they can't leave the store. This will be an inconvenience for me, but it's better than going in with a list and not having an available carriage because there are only 3 in the whole damn store. I will be driving 15 minutes out of my way to go to another store with carriages. This happened twice last week.

Store after the weekend bit messy. Seems they need more help. Saw 1 cashier n 1 manager working on the floor. If you need inexpensive Chinese manufactured goods, this is a good place. Picked up two fans.

If any of the employees ever answered the phone maybe you would have gotten a 5 star. Poor customer service.
