This review is on behalf of my grandmother Johnnie M. Carter:nnI came in on a day that I was discouraged. I had recently lost my husband & daughter back to back in death. I attempted to make my storage rent payment and realized that it was changed to an amount that I could not afford. The only thing I knew to do was cry. But there was a young man by the name of Lindon, who I call as my guardian Angel. Who came to my rescue and he showed me that Public Storage cared in the middle of COVID-19. He’s the District Manager of this location. I will always remember him and highly recommend Public Storage to anyone that needs to storage their belongings. Due to the kind and merciful act that was shown to me by Lindon. He is truly an asset & compliment to your company.
Christine went above and beyond in customer service! She provided exceptional service today. This was my first time renting a unit and she was very thorough and patient in taking the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely use Public Storage again. Thank you Christine!
