I love this cafe. The smoothies are made with fresh fruits and vegetables. There are many flavors to choose from. You can pair the smoothie with a wrap. There is a Kids menu. The place is kept clean and the staff is very friendly. There also social distancing in place.
There were four staff up front at the time with 3 customers in store (idk about online orders) but they just really seemed to struggle. If they were nice about it, that would be one thing but they just seem like they don't have their **** together and don't really care. My favorite smooth stop but this location just urked everyone here...
I brought a client to pick up food here today. We had ordered online and although the order was correct, it wasn't what she expected (the spinach and kale boost is actual blended kale and spinach- not a powder as we thought) which made the smoothie taste bitter. The staff was understanding and immediately refunded and she ordered another smoothie she knew she liked. What a wonderful company!
We have been Tropical Smoothie customers for several years. We moved to Cranston last year and were glad to see a TS location in Garden City. Visited today for the first time, very disappointing experience. Cleanliness- terrible! My favorite smoothie, the Avacolada was nothing like those I have had at other locations. It was watery and lacked rich flavor .. i do not think I will be returning.
The chicken club flat bread was fantastic and their smoothies are always excellent
