I lost the keys to my truck from my boat at the lake today. I called John at 10:30pm. John responded immediately. John was half of the price of all the other locksmiths I called. Every other locksmith told me they would call me back, with no returned call or they would respond with a ridiculous price. John told me he was a half hour away and he was right on time. Opened my truck, made two keys for my truck, put everything together, and had a nice conversation all in the process. The price was awesome. Worth every penny. I 10/10 recommend this company to anyone in need of an emergency automotive locksmith.

We needed our locks changed quickly and John came through! He arrived within the quoted time of one hour and was super friendly and helpful, and very reasonable price. I will absolutely use this company again.

I was locked inside my home due to the deadbolt lock on my front door being jammed. Tony came over, diagnosed the problem, got the lock taken apart and installed a new one that works great. He was professional, knows his stuff and is a really nice guy. Price was more than fair. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a locksmith.

John was challenged with a difficult key program on my car due to the year and model. He researched the issue and came back with a solution which finally worked. I would have had to tow the car to the dealer at great expense. Top notch customer service.

I was unable to lock the front door for my business due to a faulty cylinder that was installed by a different company. I called around 9am this morning and was told directly by the technician that he would be here around 12pm. I called at 2pm to see where he was figuring his previous job was running later than expected. Was told that he would be here 30-40 mins from that call. I called again after an hour and half went by and my phone call was immediately answered with “yea I’m 3 minutes down the road, I was talking to an old friend I hadn’t seen in awhile”. This locksmith clearly doesn’t have consideration for the fact that not only was I not able to leave my business securely if needed, I was also unable to secure the front entrance from the inside as it is a flight risk for pets in my grooming salon. The technician finally showed up with a passenger who was obviously not there to work or assist, did not apologize for wasting my time and then after the repair was made he complained about me writing a check instead of doing a debit/credit card transaction to him personally.nMy lock was finally replaced but the lack of professionalism was extremely distasteful and I would have preferred to have had the repair done by someone else who could have done it sooner than later. I don’t appreciate people who take advantage of my patience and will never call this business again.
