There were two associates standing behind the register while I was waiting in line behind another customer checking out. I asked the women behind the register if she was open while she was talking but she replied no that I needed to wait for the other associate to finish with the first customer while she stood there doing nothing. This is the reason for the poor rating. They need to re-evaluate their employee’s customer service skills.

Went in today and the cashier had a rude nasty attitude and the other employee in the store had her mask below her nose the whole time.
