My boyfriend and I went to the PP Mall on Sunday. I bought some pants and a super cute lobster sweater. With COVID, you can’t try on clothes, but they have a policy that you can return your clothes with tags on for a certain time frame. The 2 pairs of pants I bought didn’t fit and I don’t have a day off from work for a week, so I asked my boyfriend to bring them back for me and exchange for the right size. The staff was so nice to him, got the size I requested and took care of the exchange after asking some protective questions to validate the transaction. Thank you! Talbot’s never disappoints me. Thank you!!!!
Extremely rude staff at this location despite being the only customers present at the time (and nowhere near closing time). Would not return here.
