Providence place lashes probably one of the more beautiful updated Lush stores I have visited in the last few years. I recently went there for the annual Christmas sale which is obviously different this year due to the pandemic. But I was really happy to see that they were maintaining wonderful health standards
This place was amazing! Hands down the only place I have been that is taking the virus seriously with the room capacity and the cleanliness. The people there are very well knowledgeable and friendly. There is nothing to complain about this location.
I normally love this place but I went on a special trip here for the first time in a year since I live an hour away to get some bath bombs and showed up at 5pm. All i wanted was to get some body wash and bath bombs but was stopped at the door and was told, sorry we arent letting anyone else in, me and the other girl havent gone on break yet today so were closing early. They close at 6 not 5, so I literally traveled there for nothing. Very unhappy. Will be ordering online from now on. Also wanted to trade in my empty containers for a face mask and they said they had none.
Such patient and helpful associates! Yummy stuff, too. But pricey.
